MDTE tool can be easily used.
        Firstly, the sequences of miRNAs or other non-coding RNAs should be prepared with their up- and downstream.
        Secondly, TEs can be identified from query sequences by RepeatMasker program.
         Finally, MDTEs will be identified from the result of RepeatMasker by MDTE tool.
